Virtual Hosting issue in WebEngine when using NXThemes

When Blogs and WebSites are vritual hosted the CSS is no longer available.
When NXThemes detects virtualhosting it changees CSS url.
This url generates a crash in WebEngine.

This can be seen on the intranet.
CSS url management inside NXThemes
- NXThemesThemeStylesDirective.java:82 => detects virtual hosting OK
- ThemeStyles.java:44 => adds "bad suffix" to path
Turning virtualhosting flag to false fixes the url ...
