We should define a new deployment extension target
(web#CONTEXT-PARAM-RICHFACES) in the web.xml templates, make
nuxeo-platform-ui-web contribution to this new target with mode="replace", so
that third party package deployed after ui-web can override the blueSky default
RichFaces theme.
