You need to use:
vendor/prototype/1.6.1/prototype-1.6.1-NXP-2586-NXP-3600.js
I'm for upgrading to 1.6.1, because FF3.5 is more used now and IE8.
however there is a compatibility issue with another javascript library used by
Nuxeo EP.
Anahide knows about it.
