Fix For: 5.3.1
Add a new view to the views list of a Picture document to store a conversion of
the original image in jpeg format.
This view will be mainly used for the Preview and Tiling services.
For backward compatibility, we always fallback on the Original view if the new
view cannot be found on the Picture document.
