"Return to document base" link on dashboard

When using the 5.2 Dashboard on Nuxeo 5.3, there is no visible "Return to
document base" link available. It would improve readability to put such a link
in the header bar. What would be perfect is to have it like the "Return to
document base" link when you're on your personal document workspace.
