the BBC Forge development infrastructure require the urls and host for
synchronization to be defined in a configuration file that don't require
compilation to change and that are accessible to operations.
According to the following posts

the facilities already exist so I did grep the distribution sent to us as well
as the Nuxeo Platform downloaded from version control for use of expandVars.
I found some around the persistence area but nothing in the nuxeo-sync area.
Can you update Nuxeo Sync to use expandVars for urls and host as it is a
blocker for us.
