Improve the location widget when saving a new msoffice document

When saving a new document, the location widget is a list of location where the
user can save the document. This widget is not user friendly, especially when
there is a lot of folder where the document can be saved.
The widget can improve that way:
- a text box + browse button. When clicking on browse button, a tree widget
popup shows up and the user can select the folder from the tree. Selecting the
folder, the popup is close and the text box is filled out with the location.
