WSS and incorrect lock/unlock status on Document Summary page

When you open a document in Word for editing, it is locked and in the JSF UI
the padlock is correctly displayed in the parent folder list against the
document. However, if you then navigate to the document summary page in the JSF
UI it incorrectly states that the 'document is unlocked'.
