Currently when a query is assembled using the WhereClause/Predicate/Field XML
structure, dateTime fields are being retrieved as date only without the time
component. Would like ability to retrieve date time as a date time. For
example, performing a query February 2, 2009 at 15:00 would use a format of
SimpleDateFormat of "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss", which is similar to what NXQL uses
for TIMESTAMP queries.
