review profiles: remove customer-release and release-profile, define 'release'
and 'javadoc' profiles for dedicated behaviors

Fix For: 5.3.1
- remove "customer-release" and "release-profile" profiles
- create "release" and "javadoc" profiles
- "updateReleaseInfo" property has to be set to true by the "release" profile,
it must be false for snapshots deployment
- "javadoc" profile will activate javadoc jars creation or build javadoc site
depending on the maven command (compile or site)
There's no more need to distinguish customer-release and release:
- all deployments must use http to get auto-indexation
- javadoc is generated when asked with javadoc profile activation, no more
depending on the kind of release
Reporting (site generation) is not used so all interesting plugins are set by
default in the common reporting section and will be used, at least, by CI
