Webpage richtext format : different behaviour on Nuxeo and Webengine sides

Fix For: 5.3.1
When I create a webpage on webengine side and I choose "Richtext" format, I
just have a big textarea displayed and no richtext options.
And when I edit it on Nuxeo side, I have tinymce editor available.
Is it normal to have different behaviours ?
