This is useful to introspect runtime contributions.
To be able to index contributions (for documentation purposes or runtime
introspection) we need to have an unique ID for each contribution.
There are 2 solutions for this:
1. either let the developer explicitly add an id attribute on the "extension"
tag (which I don't think is a good idea)
2. either force components to put all extensions to the same target in one
extension tag. This way we can generate an unique ID in runtime which will
identify the contribution of a component to a target extension point.
So this task is about fixing this using the second approach.
