Since Overriding Seam bean is a bit painfull, a solution could be to add an
interceptor.
Basically we could have a Nuxeo interceptor on some if the beans, and let you
register contribution to intercept some method call on some beans.
The call stack will be something like :
Interceptor => Nuxeo Service => ExtensionPoint contributed class
