We are working on a system to send alerts to the user for pending tasks or
future tasks, documents locked for too long a time, and if possible send all
notifications => the user receives a summary mail with all these information,
daily or twice a day.
Some alerts will be defined by the administrator and some others can be set by
the user himself.
Still a couple of days to go and it should be done.
