User A has management right on a publication section.
User B has read-only right on this publication section.
User C has read-only right on this publication section.
User B publish a document from a workspace in this section. Is it normal that
he can do that ?
User B open the publication section. He can see the document he has published.
User A can see the document too.
User C cannot see the document published in the section.
Result :
User B can publish a document in the section in which he is not able to publish.
User A can see this document and think that managment right his unefficient.
