Hide / Show Annotation labels don't switch properly

Fix For: Nuxeo DAM 1.1
When annotations are hidden, label has to be "Show annotations". It is only
display on rollover, instead of a consistent way.
At the opposite, when you want to hide annotations, "Hide annotations" label is
displayed correctly.
It is the same wrong behaviour in nuxeo DM.
