First implementation of concurrency detections is available in branches
nuxeo-core:NXP-4914-SQLCoreStorage-Concurrent-Cache-Updates
nuxeo-apogee:2.0-NXP-4914-concurrency-update-checks
It's currently tested only by hand in client application (pa-fuel).
Unit tests in nuxeo-core needs to be fixed and specialized for handling new
cases.
