User A initiate a approval workflow d'approbation to user B and User C on a "In
project" document. At the end of the workflow the state should be " Validated".
User B approve his task
User C refuse.
La task is pushed to User B. He can only validate. No notification appear in
his dashboard.
User validate.
The document state change from "In project" to "Validated"
Result :
User C did not validate but the document is anyway in "Validated" state.
