IT-release-on-demand-nuxeo-5.3-build was the first version of "promote and
release" system.
IT-nuxeo-5.3-build is now used for date-based and planned releases. This
generates conflicts and risks.
Fix and improve IT-release-on-demand-nuxeo-5.3-build to work like
IT-nuxeo-5.3-build and being used for release.
Create Hudson batch tasks for performing release from IT-nuxeo-5.3-build and
IT-release-on-demand-nuxeo-5.3-build instead of logging on server for final
push and deploy.
Update scripts to better follow last decisions about source code architecture
and build order (nuxeo, then nuxeo-addons, then nuxeo-distribution).
