Ease installation and upgrade by using templates and a unique file to fill for
parameters.
This file (nuxeo.conf) will then be used at startup to generate, if not
existing, configuration files (config, datasource, ...).
That must allow automatic deployments and upgrades based on ZIP or OS-based
distributions (debian, windows, ...).
