There are a few restrictions: if conn.query() is used (which needs to construct
objects), or if any virtual property (not directly mapped to a SQL column) is
returned (which also will need to construct objects internally), then the
cmis:objectId has to be passed explicitly in the SELECT DISTINCT clause, which
may be incompatible with the wanted semantics for DISTINCT.
