Moving fragments doesn't work reliably when some of them are hidden (e.g. not
visible in the current perspective) and it can be difficult to see where
fragments are being moved to, and sometimes the entire page needs to be
scrolled.
- fix drag&drop in the standard view mode (the final fragment order isn't
always correctly computed)
- display the actual content of the moved fragment (not just a coloured
rectangle)
- highlight the destination location (drop area)
- add page autoscrolling when the bottom of the page is reached (cf
netvibes.com)
