a couple of cosmetic / UI fixes:
- when clicking on "Manage presets", the initial screen should be "Theme
presets" (with the button selected)
- when clicking on "Manage styles", the initial screen should be "Styles by
name" (with the button selected)
- the drop-down buttons (e.g. "More actions v " )should be highlighted on
mouseover
- the contextual menu and submenus should always be displayed inside the screen
- when starting the theme editor add a splash screen (with a wait animation)
until the entire application is initialized
