the fragment factory screen currently has:
1. Select a fragment type
2. Select a view
3. Add fragment
redesign the screen to have:
1. Select a fragment type
2. Select a view
3. Apply a style
4. Review selection
"Apply a style" allows to apply a named style to the fragment
"Review selection" should display a preview of the selection before it is being
added
the preview can be rendered in a temporary theme created in memory
for fragments that require a data model, some default data can be applied (e.g.
"item 1", "item 2", ...)
