WSS broken when web application ccontext is changed

When Web Application Context of Nuxeo EP is changed from the default of 'nuxeo'
(using the property org.nuxeo.ecm.contextPath and WAR_deployment-fragment.xml)
the WSS no longer works.
Will attach patches for wss-backend and wss-handler that fixes it.
