Improve caching of GadgetDocument's blobs

Currently, the GadgetDocumentAPI is called by gadgets with a "junk" parameter
to avoid caching issues and to be sure to have the latest modifications. This
is bad since for large images in the photo gadget for instance, it forces the
browser to download the picture at each request, preventing the browser to
cache....
The GadgetDocumentAPI must place right information in the response in order to
handle the proxy/browser's cache correctly.
