WebSites front-end links are identicals when creating different WebSite with

The problem occurs in different use cases:
1) When creating a template tree in the Template folder as follow: One
workspace in which I have placed a WebSite (for example), then I reused that
template to create a workspace tree in the Workspaces folder, obviously at
creation, the WebSite generated from the template has the same name as the one
in the Template folder. Unfortunately, because the URL of that WebSite is
generated at creation time, it has the same URL as the one in the Template
folder.
====> Impossibility to create WebSite template as a sub-item of a worksapce,
folder etc.
2)Obviously the same problem occurs if I create 2 WebSite with the same name.
In nuxeo dm the URL mapped to the two WebSites are different because a suffix
will be appended to the WebSite unique name. However this comportment doesn't
exists for the WebEngine front-end URL...
====> No mistakes could be done
====> Impossibility to create WebSite with same name even if they are in a
different folder
Everything is due to the WebEngine front-end URL generation at WebSite
generation. Maybe this part should be improved.
