refactor doc type service

At the moment, the needed doc type are "hardcoded" in the service. It would be
easier to just use property, if the property are properly documented, such as:
nxcm.outgoing.docType
nxcm.incomming.docType ...
It doesn't have to be in a propery file, the EP system allows to add easily
