The new service s been commited in nuxeo-features:

in the folder nuxeo-platform-queue
there are 3 sub projects: nuxeo-platform-queue-api, core and ui (webengine
basic interface)
The queue service needs the latest nuxeo-services (that contain
nuxeo-platform-heartbeat and nuxeo-platform-lock)
