While working on APG-240, we faced with a dependencies cycle between the two
modules. The cycle is introduced by the splitting of org.nuxeo.core.storage.sql
package. The simplest way of solving is to relocate the
ManagedConnectionFactoryImpl inside org.nuxeo.ecm.core.storage.sql.ra package.
This has impacts on repositories descriptors used in distribution such as
tomcat.
