Webpages don't have a "delete" button

You can create and edit a webpage from the web view, but to delete a webpage
you need to go to the JSF interface.
Also, after a page has been deleted, it doesn't appear anymore in the
navigation menu but it's content is still accessible if someone remembered the
URL.
