- NuxeoService is now logging in a separate file instead of Event Log
- NuxeoService write an event log when it is accessible
- Service Name is now dynamic, based on ProductName.txt
- NuxeoCtl doesn't open a cmd form
- NuxeoCtl form is showing the URL
