We're not changing the repository for new application
=> the tree hierarchy will stay with:
Case Management

This is not a problem as normal user don't see the repository hierarchy (only
adminsitrators)
What needs to be changed is:
The title of the window
there is the application name in the login.jsp (atm it is nuxeo-dm) on both
case-management and correpondence
