remove duplicated deps management in poms

The dependencies management are duplicated in each parent POM.
This makes difficult to maintain workspaces that use specific version of part
of modules.
We're able to make the things simplest by using the inheritance for the main
dependencies.
ie: nuxeo-features should inherits from nuxeo-services instead of nuxeo-ecm
