Environment.getDefault().getHome() should always be used instead of
Framework.getRuntime().getHome().
Add a new method such as Environment.getDefault().getServerHome() or
getRoot()... that willl use nuxeo.home from system properties (set by nuxeoctl
with NUXEO_HOME).
