Driver Sybase non reconnu

Bonjour,
Je dois accéder à une base de données contenant mes utilisateurs à l'aide d'un
driver (Sybase), j'ai ajouter la dépendance au pom.xml comme suit:
<dependency>
<groupId>com.sybase.jdbc</groupId>
<artifactId>jconn3d</artifactId>
<version>6.0.5</version>
</dependency>
Après avoir fait un "install" et placé le jar dans le répertoire plugin je me
retrouve avec un ClassNotFoundException (voir ficher de log ci-joint) au
lancement de l'application.
Cela me bloque réellement pour la suite.
