You seem to be the only one doing several fulltext searches ANDed or ORed
together in the same query, that's why you found the problem and nobody had it
before.
Note that instead of doing a query like:
ecm:fulltext = 'Auto' AND ecm:fulltext = 'Haus'
it's much faster to do:
ecm:fulltext = 'Auto Haus'
