This CA will be called PDF-CA as it will only be used in relation to PDF
signing.
CA - Certificate Authority:
- needs configuration and validation with Nuxeo certificate.
- signs CSRs (Certificate Signing Requests,
- adds/updates entries in the CRL (Certificate Revocation List)
