Tomcat build doesn't start. The zip contains files in the wrong place.

The file nxserver/OSGI-INF/deployment-container.xml is missing. Usually this
file should be in templates/nxserver/OSGI-INF/deployment-container.xml and
should be copied there at first startup. The problem is that the file is not
there... (in templates dir). Also, there are 2 templates directory one in root
another in nxserver... The one in nxserver is containing the OSGI-INF stuff...
So I think the package is incorrectly created. If you copy the
nxserver/templates/* over templates/nxserver/* - the preprocessing will work
and tomcat starts.
