create a task and a distribute automation chain

- add a distribute automation chain
- add an a StepEvent with a StepEvent listener that will, check the key in the
event and awake/continue the step
- add a task automation chain, this chain:
* create the task
* return a result set with the task id.
* when the task is done, run a new chain (this is the default operation)
* in this new chain, an event is sent with the taskId (this will be caught by
the listener)
