1) Should the "Signed PDF" replace the original document?
2) If so, what do we do with the original document? Maybe the old document is
to be replaced by a new one whose version should be an incremented version of
the old one?
3) If we are incrementing the version, should we increment the Minor or the
Major version?
4) Or maybe you'd suggest any other path?
