3- nuxeo-platform-wss-backend.diff : changed the authentication filter for the
/_vti_bin/ URLs. MSOffice issues many POSTs with NTLM negotiation and expects
401 return codes. The NuxeoWSSAuthenticationFIlter just prevents the
NuxeoAuthenticationFilter from caching the NTLM identifier.
Incidentally, it also fixes the accented filenames with Word, XL and ppt.
Tested on nuxeo-dm-5.3.2 on JBOSS, PGSQL and RHEL. NTLM with IE and firefox
still working and firefox on ubuntu still shows the login screen.
