The current implementation of nuxeo-core-management needs to be improved
- exposed services needs to be really service oriented so that remoting via
JAX-RS or EJB3 can be easily possible
- AdministrativeStatus should be richer : support for several administrable
services and support for messages explaining the reason of the status
- Notification system should probably be improved too
