Create a new view that cut the window in half horizontically.
The top half shows the list of paged case in the selected mailbox
The bottom half shows a view of the selected case.
The view of the selected case is tabular with ( to start with) only one tab
with the case information (summary layout)
It shows all Case in the Mailbox (no sent, inbox, draft tab)
