Create 4 new document types for those steps:
- Task on any mailbox wil allow a user to select any mailbox
a label from the task directory (create this directory)
a due date (due date is + x days, x weeks
is actionnable boolean
- Task on Generic Mailbox with the same attributes but the user should be able
to select only generic mailboxes
- Task on Personal Mailboxes (idem)
- Simple Distirbution the user can only select a mailbox (no task created)
