Search on dates : time is not taken into account

On advanced search, when user searches document on the creation date, for
instance, the time is displayed in the field, but it is not taken into account.
For instance, if I search the documents created between the 21/09/2010 17:50
and the 22/09/2010 17:50, it only returns the documents created the 21/09/10.
All the documents created the 22/09/10 in the morning are not found. To find
documents created the 22/09/10, I have to select the 23/09/10 as the second
date.
