- make layout rows selected by default, so that standard behaviour is to hide
rows that are marked as "not selected by default"
- make the generic sort selection layout handle both map and SortInfo items, in
case sort info is saved in a document property
- add bindings for content view so that it can define selected result columns,
sort information and page size
- make it possible to avoid escaping content view parameters when building the
query
- adapt existing listing layouts performing selection so that they can retrieve
properties and parameters from a document model
- add apis to reset page provider on content view (so that it takes into
account newly setted sort info for instance) because refresh keeps sort infos,
but keeping the content view itself as it may hoid contextual info (like the
search document model)
