add the method to the distribution service to remove a case link from a mailbox

This is done when a unit test check the linik removal.
ATTENTION: security needs to be ckecked as well. We need a listener that will
update the security, at least:
- check if there are other caselink in the mailbox to the same case
- if, there aren't update the security so the mailbox can't access the case
anymore or can't write the case anymore depending on the security level.
=> this has to be checked in the unit test
