- facelet.REFRESH_PERIOD = 0 means always refresh (no-cache)
- facelet.REFRESH_PERIOD = -1 means that facelets are never refreshed except in
the theme editor when pressing the "Refresh" button
- facelet.REFRESH_PERIOD = 2, 3, .. means that facelets are refreshed after a
given time delay
