When a proxy is created in a workspace, it cannot be deleted by a user:
"can_not_delete_proxies" appears.
This is due to (historical) overly complex logic in DeleteActionsBean and
TrashService. It should be simplified, in a workspace deleting a proxy should
just remove it without using the trash.
